We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 4:30 a.m. and drive you in our private van for 1.5 hours to Ollantaytambo train station. Once there, you will board the 6:10 a.m. train. The train will arrive at Aguas Calientes at 7:40 a.m., where our driver will meet you outside the station. From there, the driver will take you to the bus station, where you will board a 20-minute bus ride to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a 3-hour guided tour of the ancient city. Afterward, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes.
We recommend departing on the 4:43 p.m. train, which gives you more time to explore Machu Picchu, enjoy activities like hiking to Machu Picchu or Wayna Picchu Mountain, and still relax in the hot springs or enjoy cervezas in Aguas Calientes after your tour. The 4:43 p.m. train will arrive at Ollantaytambo at 6:31 p.m., where our driver will meet you outside the station. Following that, the driver will take you back to your hotel in a private van, a 1.5-hour journey.
