Driven by her roots and a vision of social transformation, Ethel she become a driving force behind Inka Power Perú, a travel company dedicated to offering meaningful and responsible travel experiences. Her work centers on promoting sustainable tourism practices that respect the environment, celebrate Indigenous heritage, and generate real opportunities for women in rural communities.

Through Inka Power Perú, Ethel has created programs that train and empower women to become guides, artisans, and entrepreneurs, turning local knowledge and tradition into sources of pride and income.
